What we measure

We report conversion rate, revenue per visit, average order value, CAC payback, ROAS, and Core Web Vitals—plus the lift, or the null result, from each test. We label what’s observed versus modeled, and we don’t roll out a “win” we can’t defend.

How we work with your team

A lead analyst and CRO strategist work with an analytics and performance engineer, led by senior operators. We run a weekly experiment review with async updates mid-week. We need read access to your analytics and tag manager, CMS or repo collaboration for test flags, and a decision-maker for the weekly go/no-go.
